1. Your Content
You retain full copyright ownership of original content you post on Voxlair — posts, articles, comments, debate arguments, and poll responses.
By posting, you grant Voxlair a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content on the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
No AI training: We do not licence your content for training machine learning or artificial intelligence models, and we will not do so without your explicit opt-in consent.
2. Reporting Infringement (DMCA Takedown)
If you believe content on Voxlair infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to contact@voxlair.com containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The URL of the infringing content on Voxlair (post URL, comment ID).
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We aim to process valid notices within 5 business days. Once a valid notice is received, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the user who posted it.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@voxlair.com containing:
- Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (if in the US) or the courts of India.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, we will send a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we will restore the removed content.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with DMCA requirements, Voxlair maintains a policy of terminating accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We track DMCA notices and will terminate accounts that repeatedly post infringing content.
